Throughout twenty-five years of evolution, Polycor has built one of the largest production capacities for natural stone in America. Our up-to-date manufacturing facilities offer a wide range of transformation capabilities coupled with skilled craftsmanship.

St-Sebastien, Québec, Canada

St-Sébastien has been the starting point of Polycor’s production capacities. The location enables quick delivery for our eastern customers, as well as LEED certification eligibility.

St-Sébastien’s plant includes two manufacturing facilities

Tiles Manufacturing Facility

With our state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment such as ample polishing and other finishing capacities, we offer the highest standards in strength, face dimension and square-cut accuracy for all the tiles you need. This facility produces over one million square feet of tiles annually, beautifully transforming granite, marble and limestone.

Slabs Manufacturing Facility

High-performance machinery, including two above-standard multi-cable diamond saws and a slab resin line, makes this facility one of the most modern and productive in the industry for exceptionally fast delivery times. Because to this state-of-the-art technology, we are recognized as a large-scale manufacturer and distributor of slabs.

Rivière-à-Pierre, Québec, Canada

Located in Rivière-à-Pierre, Québec is another competitive advantage in Polycor’s capabilities: our curbs and landscaping products plant.

Technical expertise and craftsmanship make our landscaping division a leader in improving architectural and urban heritage since 1885. Our unique splitters (straight and curves) make us one of the few companies capable of splitting radial curbs and cutting large granite blocks for bridge piers.

Tate, Georgia, U.S.A.

Integrated to Polycor in 2003, the Georgia Marble transformation plant is on the same location than their first quarrying activities in 1884.

This tradition of mixing generations of experience with modern technology and training provides the best quality products to their rightly demanding customer. We can supply any cut-to-size products.

Since June 2010, Polycor is now welcoming a new product. Vetrazzo, the latest acquisition of the company, moved its production to the Georgia Marble plant in Tate, Georgia, where more recycled glass slabs are now manufactured.
