Missisquoi Marble quarry produces a marble composed of very compact grains, one of the hardest in the world. This marble, contrary to other soft marbles, is ideal for both exterior (comparable to granite) as well as interior finish of buildings. In addition, Missisquoi marble is used for production of dimensional stone (cut-to-size panels, slabs, tiles) and ornamental stone.
