Under the responsibility of the vice-president of sales, this individual is charged with maintaining a close relationship with our existing customer base as well as developing new partners in Asia.

In particular, the job-holder will:

  • Stay in frequent communication with our key customers in order to be apprised of stock balances, project advancements and general market conditions.
  • Work in close collaboration with Asian-based representatives on all projects and orders currently underway, while continuing to provide assistance and technical guidance.

The job-holder will also need to:

  • Implement various sales strategies in order to carry out negotiations and bring them to successful completion;
  • Monitor all architectural projects, orders and sales in the Asian region by reviewing them through Salesforce;
  • Provide technical support to the architectural projects team;
  • Support our client base with logistical solutions in order to deliver our products in the most competitive manner possible;
  • Provide our clients with technical information on our quarries and our products;
  • Visit our Asian clients regularly in order to maintain close relationships;
  • Participate during expositions and stoneworks trade shows in Asia;
  • Accompany our Asian clients during quarry inspections;


The candidate for this position must demonstrate autonomy and must have excellent organizational skills. This person must also be interested in evolving in a high-speed and stimulating B2B sales environment. This person must also have a “techno-business” sales profile where technical knowledge and transparency go hand in hand. The candidate must consider him or herself to be a tenacious individual with strong negotiating skills.


  • Languages: Proficiency in Mandarin (native language or bilingual) as well as a strong working knowledge of English (both written and spoken);
  • A desire and curiosity to learn the range of products offered;
  • More than 5 years of professional experience in sales or other equivalent experience, preferably within the international trade industry;
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of shipping logistics;
  • Understanding of Microsoft Excel;
  • Ability to be conscientious and attentive to clients’ needs;
  • Availability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time (mainly to Asia, Europe and the United States)
